Terms of Use
1. Account eligibility and accuracy
You must meet the platform minimum age, provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Forges and member relationships
A Forge is a community operated by its Forge Owner and authorized Forge staff. Forge Owners are responsible for their Forge rules, descriptions, services, resources, external links, member-access decisions, and any representations they make to members. ForgeGether platform rules continue to apply inside every Forge.
3. User content and permissions
You keep responsibility for content you post or upload. You may only share material you own or have permission to use. By submitting content, you permit ForgeGether to store, process, display, and transmit it as necessary to operate the service according to the visibility and access settings you choose. Do not upload another person's confidential information without authorization.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, distribute malware, run scams, harass others, or use ForgeGether for unlawful activity. Attempts to bypass Forge privacy, account restrictions, moderation controls, or age requirements are prohibited.
5. Information, tools, and external services
Forge content, calculators, reference material, AI-assisted features, links, and member-created resources may be informational and can be incomplete or inaccurate. Forge Owners and members are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it. Connected third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability.
6. Payments and subscriptions
If paid subscriptions or member billing are enabled in a future release, the checkout terms shown at purchase, including price, renewal, cancellation, refund, and applicable platform fees, will supplement these Terms. No payment provider is implied merely by a Forge access level appearing on the site.
7. Moderation, suspension, and termination
Forge staff may enforce Forge-specific rules within their authorized Forge. Site moderation may remove content or restrict accounts for safety or policy violations. Administrators may suspend, disable, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.
8. Service changes and availability
Features may change, be updated, or be unavailable during maintenance. Keep your own copies of information that you are required to retain.
9. Intellectual property and reports
Respect copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, and other legal rights. If you believe content violates your rights, use the available reporting/contact process and provide enough information for the issue to be reviewed.
10. Changes to these Terms
ForgeGether may revise these Terms as the platform changes. When a policy revision requires renewed acceptance, affected members must accept the current version before continuing to use protected account features.
